Topamax
I have to take Topamax 50mg per day to try and control my frequent migraines. They make me feel very nausous and dizzy. Can I take them in the evening to ' sleep'  through the worst of it. I also take Zolphexal at night.

Hi B

Although Topamax may be taken at night, the Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects of these meds may be additively or synergistically increased if taken in combination. I have to advise you to consult your doctor first.
