I have been diagnosed with an entraped nerve in my foot, tarsel tunnel sindrome. Got some cortizone injection into nerve, with stretches. Worked for about 3 weeks then pain was bac and it feels like it is getting worse. Was very active and had too give up a lot of training. I got an appointment again at spesialist, but only in months time. Any advise on how I can release the nerveor reduce the pain?
