Probiotics
i have a hiatus hernia, is there a probiotic that can be taken.

To my knowledge the only thing that helps a hernia is to surgically remove it if it becomes a problem.
Unfortunately a probiotic, whilst good for you, in that it restores and maintains a healthy intestinal flora, will not help with of cure a hernia.
