Yoghurt vs. supplements
Will eating yoghurt help when I suffer from diarrhoea? Or should I rather go for a probiotic supplement?
Dear Candy
Probiotics have been shown to be effective in treating infectious diarrhoea. Some dairy products can aggravate diarrhoea. Your best bet is to choose a probiotic supplement recommended by your pharmacist.
