Children often play sex games, that can be completely harmless, HOWEVER, sexual co-ersion, by one child to another might very well not be a game, but an abused child acting out.
There are several therapists that do play therapy and maybe your child and you as a family can benefit by such therapy. Jusyt remember if your child does not know what "normal" sexual behaviour is, how will he / she identify "abnormal" and how will they know to report this to you.
Lastly don't blame and shame your shild, but be supportive through this time, taht can potensially be very traumatic for your child. If in JHB you can contact me at the DISA clinic 011 787 - 1222 for an appointment, or SA Sexual Health Assoc 0860 100 262 for a referral in your area.
