Hi Dr Junaid,

Normal sperm count would be at least 20 mill/ml (you are fine here), total volume of semen should be at least 2ml (you a little low here), normal live count should be at least 40 mill, (you a little low here) at least 25% should b swimming with rapid forward movement and at least 50% should have some forward movement, with normal forms should be at least overall, your result is a little low, but its important to note that you would need a few analyses to be certain, and even with this sperm count you could still get your wife pregnant.

My response should not be seen as a replacement for a thorough discussion with a medical professional to discuss the context and importance of this result.
