I have sugested to my wife to get a nipple Piercing or sexy tattoo.
She has agreed, but what do you guys sugest is less painfull?

My only suggestion is to go to a reputable and CLEAN tattoo shop, that use brand new sterile needles, and clean and sterilised equipment. Hep B & C can be transmitted through dirty needles. Ask around, ask about their needles, and how they sterilise. If you are not satisfied, go to another shop.
