stomach pains
I once experienced uncontrollable stomach pains the whole night even though i took a pain killer. The pain never stoped untill the following day.

Is this a post coital pain you are referring too? Stomach pain after intercourse can have a variety of causes, such as blood pooling congestion in women that don't experience orgasms, or rhythmic contractions of the uterus after orgasms.
If the pain is not related to intercourse the reasons too can be many. See your primary care physician if the pain persists.
