How could I be less tired?
I often feel tired. I would like to be more lively, what should I do?
There are a number of reasons why you might feel tired: some underlying illness such as malaria or TB; a hormonal rpoblem, such as thyroid or diabetes; depression; inadequate hours in bed or quality of sleep; and many more. I would suggest you get to your GP as a first step. He will be able to examine you to exclude a lot of the possibilities, and start finding out what might be the cause.
