Fuel for runs longer than 3 hrs
Hi
I have been following a low carb diet and feel so much better in general. For runs up to 25 km, I seem to cope very well energy wise. I will be doing my tenth two oceans this year and do not want to jeopardise finishing under 6 hrs with poor nutrition in training and on the day.

Besides having a good dinner the night before a training run and good breakfast in the morning, what should I be eating and drinking on the longer runs?
