HUBBLY BUBBLY
Hi i want to know if hubbly bubbly is wrong? and i mean not using it to smoke dagga or any drugs with it i mean like in just buying die "kooltjie" that are flavourd ex.cherry or peach flavour and breathing that "stoom" in? I dont smoke at all and never did an allso never used hubbly but i realy do want to know if its wrong? please let me know as soon as posssible thank you very muck,Lucy :o)
