Sin or not?
Iv been going out with this girl for about a year and a half now and she is really hot but she is very uncomfortable with sex before marriage so im not getting any. I get so horny with her but i cant get none so i find myself masterbating while thinking of her and i dont mean like once in while, i mean quite a alot but heres where the problem is: she has got me into the whole religious thing and now im starting to get religious and so now im feeling very uncomfortable after iv masterbated coz im not sure if its a sin or not. So if you or anyone else knows if masterbating is a sin in christianity then PLEASE tell me!
Hi Karth
masturbation is a very natural, normal part of sexual exploration, especially during adolescence. With regards to religion you have to ask yourself whether you are only into religion because of your girlfriend rather than genuinely for yourself. It is never wise to follow what others thik or do just because you like them so please bear this in mind. Most Christian religions accept that masturbation takes place in adolescence as part of sexual identity formation. From a psychological point of view it is a vey normal part of sexual development
