Astanga Training in Cape Town
Hi,
I currently live in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town and am looking to start doing Astanga Yoga again. Could anyone perhaps recommend a good teacher?
Also, are there any places in South Africa that offer Teacher Training in Astanga Yoga? If not, are there any places overseas that can be recommended?

Hi Ladyhawke - we (Moksha) offer both Ashtanga and teacher training courses but we are based in Gardens, central Cape Town. I don't know of anyone offering classes or courses in the Northern suburbs but would suggest taking a look in the Western Cape Link Up magazine or the local classifieds.
