Beginner Yoga classes in Sandton/Midrand

Are the any beginners classes in the Sandton or Midrand area. Classes on a Saturday/Sunday morning??

Hi Sue - I suggest you look in your local Link-Up magazine, which can be found at most health stores or e-mail them at linkup@naturalhealth.co.za or else look in the classifieds of your local newspaper. I know that there are 2 yoga studios in Athol, one is ISHTA style and the other Bikram (Hot). Try a few diferent styles and teachers before finding the one that works for you.
