hi there
I had a boob op mid dec and would like to know if it is safe for me to do yoga now. will my prosthesis be affected from the stretching and dislodge itself?

Dear 00, well that is a new one for me I must say. I am reasonably sure that after 2 1/2 months that it would be perfectly safe for you to partake in any form of physical activity including yoga but to be doubly sure I think you should consult with your healthcare provider.
