What is suitable for Me
I am very stressed out, to the extent of loosing balance when i walk. I lack concentartion as well. I desparately need an activity to calm me down and help me regain composure. What type of Yoga would be suitable.

Hi Leo - I would say that yoga is definitely going to help you a great deal - with stress, concentration and to regain composure. I would suggest trying a few different styles, approaches and teachers to see what feels right for you. Remember though that the benefits will come with discipline and effort over a sustained period.
