Reboot your life with a boot camp session

Rather than just reading this – come and try it out for yourself at one of our FREE "taster" sessions on offer!

The Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA), in partnership with Futurelife High Protein Smart Food, runs action packed 4-week camps in numerous venues around Cape Town in beautiful natural settings.

Run by biokineticists

All sessions are run by biokineticists – so you can experience peace of mind whilst getting your body into great shape.
So where and when?

Two taster sessions are on offer and all you need to do is RSVP to Nikki Ferreira on and give her a shout if you have any queries on 021 659 5649.

Activity trackers get smarter at measuring fitness

What have you got to lose, except of course extra unwanted rolls and centimetres? You are guaranteed a fun, dynamic, holistic, outdoor workout with our vibrant Sergeant Greg Hyson, who is known to get the best out of his troops in a quasi- military environment. Seize the day!
