Stretch those calves

Sitting for long periods raises risk of Deep-vein thrombosis (DVT), which is when a blood clot forms in deep-lying veins, usually in the legs. Stretch your calves with up-and-down foot movements and take mini-strolls on long flights to reduce risk.
