|Bandage the ankle in a figure of eight action and wrap around the instep twice then stretch |
the bandage diagonally upwards over the foot.
|Now continue by bringing the bandage around the ankle and heel toward the front of the foot and then |
diagonally across the
instep and beneath
the arch of the foot.
|Using figure of eight turns continue to wrap the bandage., each wrap of the bandage should overlap the previouos one by about three quarters of the bandage width.|
|After securely wrapping the ankle and foot secure the ends of the bandage with clips, tape safety pins or a knot.|
