Video: What happens to your body when you do yoga

Have you ever wondered what happens to your bones and joints during a yoga session?

Well now you will because the Hybrid Medical Animation team have crafted a magnificent video showcasing what happens to the human skeleton when you are doing yoga.

By watching this video, you'll be able to see the connections between each bone and joint and what happens to them when you do stretches.

Just a warning: don't try any of this on your own at home. There are many different types of yoga, and whichever one is the best for you, it is definitely recommended that you explore it with the help of a qualified yoga instructor.

The team of  Hybrid Medical Animation have described their idea behind the video:

"A visual study/exploration of the body in motion with a focus on yoga poses."

"Our goal for this piece was to create a realistic representation of radiological (x-ray) imaging. Instead of just creating a still image, however, we wanted to combine the beautiful moves of yoga with this new visual approach to bring the full human skeleton to life."

"Technical challenges included aspects such as achieving proper bone densities and representing actual bone marrow inside each individual bone."

Without further ado, I present to you the video: Bringing the human skeleton to life in radiological x-ray form
