There are numerous expressions about stress causing one's hair to "turn grey", but now there's evidence to suggest that this may be more than an old wives tale.  

Researchers at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons recently found that there could indeed be a link between psychological stress and greying hair.

Accompanying this surprising discovery is the possibility that the process could be reversible, if, among other things, stress is significantly reduced or eliminated.
