Don’t get sleepless nights about insomnia

The following tips will help you to get a good night’s rest:

  • Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at set times
  • Follow the same routine at night before attempting to sleep
  • Avoid stimulating activities, rather read a boring book
  • Exercise regularly more than six hours before sleep
  • Try relaxation exercises
  • Wear a good bra when you sleep
  • Use a body pillow – one that fits under your belly and between your legs
  • Eat a light snack before you go to bed – avoid heavy meals
  • Take a hot bath before bedtime
  • Avoid drinking coffee at night
  • a neck and head massage
