Condoms for your teenager?

Right now, condoms are the only real option for sexually active teens – it protects against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. But it's no longer enough to encourage teenagers to use condoms. They should also be educated about using them correctly.

Take action:

Share the following: only use new, tested, high-quality condoms; open the wrapper carefully so that the condom does not tear; use condoms from start to finish during oral, anal or vaginal sex; never use oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline or baby oil with condoms; when putting on the condom, squeeze the empty space at the end of the condom to remove the air; unroll the condom all the way to the base of the penis; if the condom tears during sex, withdraw the penis immediately and put on a new condom; after ejaculation, remove the condom carefully before the penis loses its erection so that seminal fluid does not spill out.
