Hit the track or join the gym. Research has shown that men aged 50 and older who are physically active are up to 30 percent less likely to suffer from impotence than men who don't exercise. Younger men can also boost their sexual performance by staying in shape.

Take action:
Choose a moderate aerobic (rhythmic and repetitive) activity that you enjoy, like walking, swimming or cycling. Exercise three to five days a week, 30 to 45 minutes a day. Warm up for five to ten minutes before doing exercise. Make sure that you build up a light sweat.
