Do you recognize any of these symptoms in a child?
Hello, My six year old female daughter (86lbs) is pretty much healthy but we have seen some worrying symptoms. Recently a test came back with high rheumatoid factor, and the doctor wasn't worried. However she has several symptoms like recent weight gain, severe migraines, occasionally foot and leg pain, constant fatigue, anxiety and depression which lead me to try and focus my energy in finding a diagnosis of related symptoms. Does any of this sound familiar? What should I do if our regular doctor isn't recommending anything at all?

The high rheumatoid factor needs to be explained, as this is very unusual in a child.
I think she should see a rheumatologist, preferably a paediatric rheumatologist if she can.
The symptoms do not completely fit in with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
