Hi, i was diagnosed with hypomobility syndrome about 9 years ago. My dr said it may lead to arthritis but im only 28 now. I cannot get an appt with him atm due to Covid. I am in agony in both knees and also some other joints. Its cold atm and nothing seems to ease the pain. Im wondering if this has now turned into arthritis as he said it would?
