Osteoarthritis
I am a 50yr old Male and I jog at least twice a week. My knees crackle and when visiting an Orthopaedical surgeon I was told that I have early onset of osteo arthritis. What can I do to improve my knee health without invasive surgery?

Early OA may cause noisy knees but this is not always pathological.
You should continue running, as long as there is no pain.
Strengthening of the quadriceps muscles will prevent further progression of the OA in the knees.
There is no evidence that running is a cause of OA.
