Hi based on a previous question... I have got the same pain in my right shoulder. But for a much longer time.been at psysio therapist did my program as given. But only difference by me is 3 to 4 fingers loose feeling. Having very hard time lifting up my arm.please what can u advice me the best.thnk u Lukas
