Dr I have a itchy throat after eating not even water can stop it then I start vomiting all the food it's now going on almost a week...any help please Dr??

There could be many possible causes including chronic hay fever with a post-nasal drip or acid coming up the food pipe, or you could be starting on a bit of a viral infection. In these times when COVID is common you should probably also have that tested for. If the symptoms are chronic it may just require some antihistamines and perhaps some steroid nasal spray. You should consult your medical carer about this.
