Weakness in legs
Hello I've been having a weak feeling in my thighs for five weeks. The feeling is the same kind of feeling when I have low blood sugar. My thighs feel weak, but they are not actually weak - I can do everything normally. This started one night. I woke up in the morning and felt that I have low blood sugar. I went to get some juice and I went back to bed and just then checked my blood sugar - it was 10 mmol/l. That day, the symptoms were the worst - my arms felt weak as well and I had a hungry feeling. Every day since that day, I've felt weakness in my thighs but it's not constant, but it happens every day and I have it every morning. I have anxiety, but I had a good period before the symptoms above started. I don't know if this has anything to do with this, but before the symptoms, I was in a semi-big calorie deficit and I went to the gym six days a week because I wanted to lose weight and I did (from 83kg to 78kg in over 2 months) I've done some Googling and found out that my symptoms match with Idiopathic postprandial syndrome but I don't really know if it can be that. So, the weak feeling in thighs is the only symptom. I've got energy, I have my apetite, no place is hurting, no sudden weight loss (Ive been 78-79kg for couple of weeks).

Hi
I don't think that you have idiopathic postprandial syndrome or are clearly having hypoglycemia. I don't know what your current glucose levels are, but it may be that they were higher and are now better with the weight loss. Your symptoms don't sound clearly neurological, but you could try some B12 and magnesium supplementation. If  you do develope weakness, then it may be related to a nerve problem, and then you would need to see a neurologist
