I broke up with the father of my 2 kids ,we were not married .so he stayed with our kids and his new wife for 3yrs now ,the kids have been visiting me .now their father had been arrested and I went to take the kids ,the younger one who is 4yrs now , doesn't speak properly ,he pronounces words like a 1yr old baby , what could be the cause of that ?
