Pain and fever
Hi Dr Heidi im experiencing pain and fever, blocked nose and when i try to talk i get an irritation on my throut then vomid. Pls help what can i buy or any home remedies you know.

Some home remedies that can work is to rinse your nose with saltwater - mix a teaspoon of salt in 500ml boiled water that has cooled down, then rinse your nose with the saltwater. You can also gargle with the saltwater. Good luck.
