What must I drink to clean the blood after miscarriage? And when should I start having sex after miscarriage?

You do not need to take anything. Did the miscarriage happen in a medical facility? If so, they will have done all the necessary treatment. Often this would include a womb scrape. You can start having sex again once the bleeding has stopped, or in a week, whichever is first.
