Sick leave / annual leave (attendance) ?
i am a cronic patient that goes to hospital ever 3 months must i take sick leave or is it attendance because our HR Lady say it is attendance not sick leave i must take a leave day at the and of the day i loose all my sick days can you explain that to me how it works

This is normally a difficult issue because chronic patients do need to go to the hospital for not only a check up but for medication.
My understanding that it is indeed sick leave because of your illness and should not be taken as ordinary leave.
