Severe sinusitis
Hi Doctor I recently began suffering from sinusitis. I have never suffered from it before. it feels severe and I am not sure to get over the counter medication or visit an ENT. My symptoms are severe pressure build up in my forehead and nose. It sometimes my entire head which makes it so heavy that I cannot keep my head up and my body feels weak especially my arms and legs. If I have a good day it means there is a slight pressure and periodic headaches behind my left or right eyes and temples

Hi Reshmee. It’s not necessarily sinusitis, as tension headaches often present in exactly the same way. See your GP first and they can refer you as appropriate.
