How does COPD (alpha 1 antitrypsin) contribute to chronic rhinosinusitis
I am desperate to find out more about how COPD (non symtomatic) contributes to chronic sinusitis. I suffer terribly with CR. I find when I have a fully fledged infection, my chest is sore and has pains. Is this normal?

It’s one airway so generally anything affecting one part of the airway, also has some effects on the rest. The nose and sinuses are upper airway and the lungs are lower airway.
