Keep falling asleep
Hi. My name is Michael and I have problems with sleep. Some time ago, it was hard for me to fall asleep, so I spent lots of time trying to take a nap. Now it's the opposite. I feel knocked down all the time. So instead of sleeping 6-7 hours one time, as usual, I sleep for 4-5 hours at night and then for 6-7 more hours in the middle of the day and still feel sleepy and weak. Even when I wake up I can't do my work and can't do anything cause all the time I feel so weak, the head is heavy and the legs and hands are feeble. And I can't control it, I say to myself to keep active and not falling asleep so I could sleep at night one big nap, but eventually, I end up lying in the bed anyway. What should I do?
