I have been taking a 25 mg Phenergran tablet every night for over a year to help me sleep. Sometimes on a bad night I take 2 tablets. I have gained alot of weight over the past year and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the tablets. I tried to stop but I could not sleep at all and I had work the next day and couldn't function. My question is...are the Phenergran tablets making me gain weight ? If so what else can I take to help me sleep that I can get without a prescription? I was thinking of allergex?
