Constantly tired and stressed
I am 40 and I weigh 120kg, in March i was 108kg. I feel stressed, unhappy and I am always tired recently. I have started walking 5km on weekends, which takes me about 1Hr05min to fininsh. I feel like I'm 50 something and my self esteem have deteriorated.
Please assist, I want to see myself fit and under 100kg.
Thanks
Hi Queen It is very good that you have started to walk However food accounts for 70 % of the effort to lose weight. To be successful it goes beyond what we eat, when how much and why we eat are just as important factors to get right to lose weight The best will be to contact a dietitian for her to calculate a calorie intake that will get your body to start burning fat She can create this eating plan taking your lifestyle, food preferences budget and culture in consideration This individualized plan and support provided will facilitate adherence critical for success.
