Heavy menstrual cramps
Hi Dr I have heavy menstruation and cramp. I have fibroid too and struggle to get pregnant.what could be the problemI realy need help i only have one child.i also struggle to get him and my husband have low sperm count please help.
Fibroids are non-cancerous growths in the uterus (womb). They may lead to difficulty conceiving and it sounds like this may be the case for you. They may also cause heavy menstruation and cramps - as in your case. If your partner has a low sperm count and it makes it more challenging for conception to take place. I suggest that you and your husband go and see a gynaecologist together. The gynae will be able to advise further
