Before you begin, stop what you're doing and bring attention to your hands. Notice what your hands are doing; rub them together and feel the energy. 

If you wear glasses, remove them and lay your hands over your eyelids, giving your eyeballs enough space.

The goal is not to get into a deep state of meditation or shutting down; it's more about setting healthy pulses for recreation.
