Be label-wise

Check for the following: the list of ingredients to see what the product contains (the ingredient that appears first is the main ingredient) – be on the lookout for sugar and fat content; the serving size to prevent over-indulgence; the label for the energy value (in kilojoules of calories) per serving – compare this value to similar products and choose the product with the lowest kilojoule count; the fat content per serving – choose the product with the lowest fat content.
