Researchers developed a rehabilitation programme to help people who have long Covid-19. 

The research, published in Chronic Respiratory Disease, showed that the programme brought about improvements in walking capacity, symptoms of fatigue, cognition, and respiratory symptoms.

Thirty-two participants who had long haul Covid-19 symptoms were recruited for the study. The participants completed the six-week programme, which was divided into two components - exercise and education.
