Inflammation of the quadriceps insertion


  • Pain during and after exercise

  • Stretch your quads
  • Consult a sports injury specialist
  • Take anti-inflammatories
  • Sports massage
  • Use a plaster cast for a few weeks
  • Get a steroid injection
