"Will I ever be normal again?"

This is a question Shukri Arnold has been asking himself every day ever since he was diagnosed with Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS).

The 46-year-old, who was once an avid biker who was fit and healthy just months ago, now uses a walking frame to get around.
