Nelson Mandela spent 67 years making the world a better place and all we asked if for you to spend 67 minutes to give back. And the best way is right in your hands.
The 67Minutes mobile phone app has been developed to make it easier for you to donate your time by connecting you to charities and organisations.
If you have a type of event in mind, a specific budget or if you’re simply searching for ideas based on your location, you can quickly and easily discover them by navigating through the app.
Organisations and charities can also register on 67minutes.org and list their event or services, which will then appear on the app, which is available on iTunes App Store, Google Play, Windows Phone store and Blackberry App World.
As Nelson Mandela said: "It is time for new hands to lift the burdens. It is in your hands now."

What others are doing
If you haven't yet decided how you will honour Nelson Mandela on his birthday this year, then perhaps the good deeds others have planned might inspire you.
Some say they try to do good every day instead of just once a year. While others are influenced by the world wide enthusiasm and unity that the day brings and go all out to contribute to those in need.
We take a look at how people around the globe plan to spend 67 minutes on 18 July this year.
