Sugar, salt, carbs and fats... which one is your weakness?

Initial results from Health24's health of the nation survey show that 49% of the participants feel they eat too much carbs, while 30% think they are going overboard with fats. Wonder what Banting enthusiast Tim Noakes will have to say!

So what about sugar and salt? 35% of the respondents have indicated that they feel they eat too much sugar, whereas 25% think they are having too much salt.

And what is the most popular diet? Yes, you guessed it - the answer is Banting and following close behind is Weigh-Less.
