Coba Kellerman of Durbanville writes: The main bedroom in our rental home needs a lot of attention in order to make it feel cosy. My husband and I would like to update the look with chalk paint (we have the owner’s permission); we both like grey and olive shades, but nothing too dark as the room doesn’t get much natural light. We would also like to avoid pastels. Please help!
