Our first Décor School for 2021 was hosted from 21-23 September at the popular House AWE of InAweStays in Cape Town. With its spacious rooms and awe-inspiring décor, this house was the perfect venue for this event.

The students heard from Wicus Pretorius, editor of Tuis/Home, Marian van Wyk, creative editor of Home and Kerry Strauss of Mr Price Home.
The students were treated with eats from Food Jams Cape Town.
Kim Bougaardt showed the students how to make their own moodboard.
Time for shopping! The students selected 10 items from the Mr Price Home store at the Canal Walk shopping centre to style their space.

The students attended a wreath-making workshop. They also heard from Carin Smith and Jani Augustyn-Goussard, the declutter team of the VIA TV show Pak weg, pak reg.
