The Cape HOMEMAKERS Expo returns to the Cape Town International Convention Centre and Home will be there to bring you all the best DIY and cooking demos.
For years, Home magazine has been part of this exciting event – and this year is no exception! Pop in for a visit from 15 to 18 September to see what the show has to offer, then take a break in the Home demo theatre for some treats – and meet the team!
Once you’re in the venue, all the demos are free. We’ll also be giving away goodie bags filled with surprises such as Olive Pride olive oil, so get there early…

Home entertainment – with coffee!
Learn how to impress your guests with coffee cocktails, desserts, latte art and more with the Gap Coffee Company. Tastings are included – we don’t believe in just watching!

Regular Home contributor Shelly Bergh (above) takes the stage to demonstrate quick and easy makeovers. Watch and learn, then go home and put ideas into action!

Home food editor Johané Neilson shares the secrets of her sweet and savoury tarts – simple to make and oh so delicious served with tea.

Home’s DIY Deon knows all the tricks of the trade; he’ll show you how to make a keyhole stool, an upside-down Manhattan side table and a puzzle piece chopping board.
